Unable to stop running

okay... i am unable to stop auto run. i just keep running, the weird thing is that i can ONLY move forward. Not back or side to side, and i can face my character but that is all i can do to focus where i go in game. Ive tried fixing this problem by unplugging my keyboard but i still even continued to run after it was unplugged. I've logged out and unplugging it then logging. I even removed all movement key binds but continue to run forward in. I've restarted my computer, and even shut it completely off. But when i log back in and get to the character creation screen my view instantly drops down to the bottom, and when i log back in i start running forward again, i am unable to put in a GM or bug ticket in game about this. Also one more thing... when ever i click out of the FFXIV game window my character stops running but when i click back in they start running again. everything else apart from these two things i am able to do just fine.

anyone have any idea how to fix this?

A really weird bug o.o
Did you notice if this happens also outside the game? As a key being pressed?
Go to http://www.microsoft.com/appliedscie...explained.mspx,click on the keyboard image and see if it detects any key interaction.
