My account may have been hacked. Could I get a bit of help?

So I came home from work today and found that I was getting a 3102 error. I'd not played since last night and I've been getting the error all day

Upon checking through my character list, I found that my old legacy character's (whom I haven't touched since ARR launched) appearance had changed to that of the default character creator Hyur. So my only guess is that my account has been compromised. I sent an email to Square hours ago but who knows when they'll actually get around to it. I'm honestly not sure how this happened, I use a unique name and password, and I'm not dumb enough to enter my information anywhere or buy gil or some such

Anyway, I was wondering if I could get some help on determining which of my characters was currently being used. It's a lot to ask, but if anyone could log on and do a quick search for my characters I would really appreciate it

Well I activated the security token and...hasn't done much. They're still logged in

Which was the very first thing I did. I've gotten no response as of yet

Disable your account for a couple of hours, change your pass and attach a token. That should kick them out.
