1) fixing the healer level 3 limit break do that it doesn't raise everyone with the debuff? seems dumb for a limit break to have this penalty.
2) addressing dragoon vulnerability during jumping actions? like the pathing damage they take if they use a jump that moves through enemy aoe damage elements on the ground or the death that follows a jump from animation lock? such as titan landslide after a dragoon jump landing.
3) addressing vulnerability of limit break users while in animation lock. such as death to plumes in most primal fights or landslide.
