For free company housing have you considered a shared gathering chest? Something that can only hold material used for crafting that all players from the free company can deposit into, holding much larger than player bases could hold as it would be a large deposit, and instead of having to take each item out, FC could assign permissions of use to company ranks and let players craft while using the items from the box without physically taking out of the box as long as they remained in the FC housing to do the crafting?
Especially if there is synergy crafting with multiple players I feel this would help FC's stay organized and keep many players from just getting frustrated by micro managing material for crafting.
