Will Legacy people be forced to pay to move to the new servers or will we be given a 1 time chance like all the new people? you have to understand that this transfer is not a true one.. because there are still many of us being kept away from the people we wish to be with that are on the new servers...

1) Currently, NA Customer Service is extremely unsatisfactory. Wait times are upwards of 2-3 hours and there is no in game presence. Email takes @ a week and an investigation currently takes @ 3 weeks.

In what time-frame will this be improved?

Will it be improved to be on par with other subscription products like WoW or, formerly, Rift?

2) Server-based lag is currently unacceptable as well.

For Free Company housing, will there be any way that that more members of the Free Company can have input on what the house will look like? Perhaps similar to the crest design, where anyone can see the options at least.

Is it possible to implement some kind of reputation system for the duty finder to combat cyber bullying? So repeat offenders or players prone to terrorize other players may be forced to be polite and work together?

I know this is about housing, but there's only one thing l care about right now...

Can you please impliment paid name changes and the option to purchase additional Phials of Fantasia? Or allow us to choose to receive more phials as a veteran reward in lieu of other options, i.e. mini pets?

The ability to change race and gender isn't very appealing without the option to change the character's name to suit their brand new self. I'd just go ahead and re-create my character anew if I could, but character creation on my server is closed... again... so I'm stuck playing alts.
