/visor doesn't work with anything at all bar the warrior AF helmet.
The heavy armour itself is the biggest atrocity I've ever seen.

Maybe I should've re phrased that.. /Visor doesn't work for conjoined armour sets.
The shared slots for Darklight in general are just terrible. Besides the forced helm/cowl it makes upgrading from Darklight a chore as well especially for tanks that have four shared slots. With the way they restrict your ability to get the gear better than Darklight, you are pretty much forced to go with a downgrade in at least one slot for weeks after you gain an AF2 or Allagan piece. Your best option is iLevel 60 stuff in the slots because the crafted tank gear has the same dumb shared slot issue.
DoMs have the same problem with the cowls but at least they have crafted iLevel 70 gear options to deal with this.

Lol just imagined a trashcan and a potato sack blaming each other for a wipe.
But yeah, i hope they make cooler gear and stop those one slot multiple piece gear sets, wonder why they made them like that, maybe cause of clipping issues, dunno, those are still there though, my madman's whispering rod keeps poking a hole in the hood of my white dress for example.
I still cannot understand the design reason for the DL heavy armor and its lower level varients. Its just so horrible. Seeing a miqote sprint with this, is just.... Give me a roegadyn in subligar any day over that.
What I wonder about the most is.... if you look at the various dungeon armor throughout the game, lvl 15 acolyte, lv 32 infantry/battlemage and the tank set (cant remember name.. sentinel?), coliseum, templars and even the level 28-32 tank armor from Maelstrom GC.
All theese look absolutely fantastic. So why do they toss in theese absolutely horrible designs, specially considering them being part of the endgame gear sets.
And all thoose bland robes, just different colors. Was it really too much work, to simply create a few details on them? So they atleast didnt just look like a big coffee sack with 4 holes in it?
The way I see it is, the darklight gear should have been reward from quests, lv 45-50 and been ilvl 50-55. Our AF should have been ilvl 65-70, recieved through harder quests than what they are... I mean serioulsly, "hey you, go overthere, fight that weak mob, and loot your AF armor from a chest".
Atleast the level 50 Warrior quest for the body piece, was a bit more fun than the 45's.
Heck, they could have brought both gatheres and crafters into the process of obtaining ilvl 90 gear and relic+1.
Binding coil would drop ilvl 80 gear (as a bridge to ilvl 90), and materials for upgrading AF/relic.
Gatheres would also be able to find the materials in the world. Very rare and hard to obtain materials, that could require the aid of battle classes, to defend them from mobs, since theese would be level 50+, and thus gathere stealth would not be effective.
And crafters could be the finishing touch to all of this.
Just an idea in my head, that would motivate me a hell lot more to do a bit of everything.

Skipped over the DL body and got my AF+1 body last night thank god, just the thought of wearing the DL body piece makes me cringe. What were they thinking when they designed those shoulders...
