Seeking an endgame-focused FC that fits my off-peak schedule (willing to transfer)

I live in GMT -6 (US Central) and work evenings. As such, my chunks of free time are in the late morning/early afternoon, or after I get home an hour or two past midnight. I'll be reaching endgame soon (41 PLD) and, with server transfers on the horizon, I'm seeking a new home that will be doing their endgame content at the times that work for me. Ideal times for me are between 11 a.m. (an hour or two earlier could be managed), until the time I get ready for work (roughly 4 p.m.). I could also manage 2 or 3 hours after I get home from work (exact time varies but it's typically between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m.).

I'd like to tank, but I'm fairly flexible and will be willing to take on other roles to fit the group's needs. I have about 3 years of raiding experience in WoW (mostly as healer). Currently I'm stationed on Midgardsormr but will move to any server (NA preferred but will consider EU depending on latency).
