NA/EU servers: Go get better quality servers

It's the server, not us. Please for the love of God fix these.

Here's how I know:
Recieivng spikes from 0 to 5500 back down to 0 to 6700 back down to 0 back up to 6300 back down to 0 back up to 4500

MEANWHILE:
SENDING: 550, 1034, 6403, 203, 58... NEVER GOES TO 0.

That means my ISP is trying to send info to the server and it's not getting data back from it. THIS is a SE side issue, NOT my ISP.

FIX THE NA/EU SERVERS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

At this point I think they're just banking on enough people quitting the game to the point where the current server/network infrastructure is sufficient for the remaining fraction of the player base.
