Account Possibly Compromised, Need Help ASAP

So upon logging onto the Mog Station today it was showing that I had 2 characters on my account. Thinking I possibly made one by accident I logged on to see what it was. It was showing that it was a level 9 archer and that it was on one of the Japanese servers. I know for a fact that I did NOT make this character and every time I try to log into it or delete it the game says the character is still logged in. I can play my character fine but I fear for the security of my account. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :/

I don't have a smart phone and rather not have to pay money to have something sent to my house that I shouldn't have to buy. Isn't there a way I can somehow kick this person off my account. I mean if its a bot or something its probably never going to log out. Any suggestions?
