    Wooo subscription is broken.

    Okay square-enix, people were pissed about not being able to play a couple of weeks ago and your just now pissing on the ashes with the subscription fee crap. Your customer support just shoot down any calls about 401. I'm seriously wondering why I even bought the game when I can't even play it. I've never seen a mmo with this problem before, also if peoples subscriptions went out today or yesterday you should give people free game time till ya guys fix it.
    More wishing I stuck with world of warcraft or bought gta V.

    I expected better from SE

    Its probably time to move on sadly. I like the game, but SE has failed once again. They failed with 1.0, and its clear that they are failing with 2.0. I originally wanted to play this game because it was P2P. You get way better quality game when it is subscription based. You also get way better quality customer service, and everything else.

    The game in its current for, and customer support in its current form are that of a FREE TO PLAY game. Why are you making it subscription based when you fail to provide what a subscription based game should provide.

    SE has been crap ever sense they became SE. I took a gamble with FF14 and lost. I should have trusted my gut when it reminded me why we don't buy SE products.

    Yup

    Yup my account is not valid anymore, so I can no longer play. I really want the money I paid to buy the game. Same for the money I PAID to get my dads copy. it's really disappointing. I'll give them a while tell I probably move on from the game.

    I had a Customer Support Rep tell me that the system is "Working as Intended" and they have no intention of fixing the current pay system. There are other options such as the Ultimate Game Card available at walmart and some places online once they ban your account from all credit card transactions for 30 days. This becomes the only way to pay. They will not unblock your account nor will they help you in any way. They told us that it was the customer's fault for getting their account blocked from credit card transactions.

    My sub will get billed on October 6th why is everyone elses hitting now??? Don't get it. We should all be on the same cycle except for those that are LEGACY and they already had to pay like 2 weeks ago or something like that.
