Uninstall -> Force Chargeback?
I'm a bit of a noob, what is Force Charge back?
Also, before this I could play all the time no problems at all. Now I can enter my details, launch the client, I get to the main menu but start us greyed out then I get the error message.
Lawl... forcing a chargeback is something you do when a company refuses you refund for legitimate reasons.
Haha, thanks, but I'd rather not do that as I really enjoy FF14. I just don't understand why, before 24 hours I had no issues and now I can't login at all.
Over the last 3 days players have been experiencing lots of issues with server lag, connection issues, and not being able to log in. You are not alone with the issue right now. We can all just hope it gets sorted in a timely manner. However most of us are sitting here with these problems, and have been for the last 3 - 4 days, and still no word from SE even acknowledging the problem.
I also love the game and wish to keep playing. But my free time is almost up, and having not been able to play the game for the last 3 days, and all the issues we have seen over the whole month I will not be subbing. Its one thing to have problems, but its a whole other issue when these problems exist and the company is silent. I have little to no faith in SE, or their ability to solve the issues currently plaguing the servers.
Three days not being able to play? Whoa, sorry dude, I didn't know it was that bad for some people, I'm complaining about nothing. Hopefully it gets sorted out soonish.
Just cancelled my automatic sub renewal.
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved. If this does continue to be a concern, please create another thread to further discuss resolutions or contact the Support Center at support.na.square-enix.com for assistance.
