Healer LF Hardcore/competitive Raiding

Hello, I'm a level 50 WHM currently based on Coeurl (will transfer during free week), these are the times I am available:

Past 7:00 EST on every day of the week except Wednesday, on which I am available past 10:00 EST.

I'm currently looking for a FC that:

Possesses a serious drive to competitively clear endgame content.
Will not accept regular failure, poor attendance, and players who are only 'decent.'
Will not allow personal ties to buy less experienced players a raid slot, at the expense of the raid.
Will replace less than exceptional players, if their presence is a hindrance to progress.
Will make effective use of raid time, and raids frequently.
Will clear voice communication when focus is necessary.

If your FC is all of the above, I am interested! My gaming experience follows:

I have played WoW since the release of classic, switching between PVE and PVP over the many years I played. My PVE achievements include clearing AQ40 during Vanilla, clearing SWP during BC, HM Ulduar and Algalon clears, and a server first lich king clear in Ulduar gear (I had stopped playing for awhile and, upon PMing my old guild leader, he immediately brought me in to his 10 man progression raid).
I've always been a member of the best guilds on every server I played on, and have always placed in the top ranks of charts, if not consistently first. I've involved myself in 'theorycrafting' to the extent of mapping BiS options, determining the perfect allocation of stats, including gemming, through hours of DPS simulation.

I am a double diamond, and diamond 1 on League of Legends- a testament to my mechanical ability and awareness.

While diamond was the highest rating on SC2, I achieved it in 1v1.

Unfortunately, I am unable to make your Wednesday raid times due to an oddly scheduled class. I've applied regardless.

But I don't know how to punch dragons. Can't we just look sternly at them and hope they fall over?

We currently raid on Wednesday but may switch back to Thursday. Our current static is full, but we're looking to start a second raid group and have substitutes for our current one. If this doesn't sound apppeasing, best of luck in your search.
