Just got off chat with a customer support agent. Its clear SE doesn't care about money, who owns accounts, nor their current customers. I'm totally heated right now. I have to get a recovery sheet notarized when I'm disabled and can't drive. It's very complicated for me, let alone do all the mailing etc.

Why couldn't i just provide my ID etc? I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to verify my old account.

Never have i seen so much bullcrap to do, not only that they'll kick you when you're down!
