Please Help So Confused

Windows keep closing the game. Gets to the screen, I Click play and it exits. I don't know what to do Please help. FFIV has stopped working.

Are you on a laptop? If so, no, you can't change your graphics card.

First try the benchmark and see if it runs here: http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/media/benchmark/na/

Then for some reason if the game does not run (as this happened to me MANY of times because I play on a 16 core workstation running Windows Server 2008 R2) Try This:

Open notepad and enter this EXACTLY:

start /affinity F /high ffxivboot.exe

then save this file in your Final Fantasy XIV folder as FFXIV.bat
double click to start it and see what happens.

you may need to go into your ffxiv config and turn everything down to the lowest settings and go from there.

You have an integrated INTEL graphics chip. There is no way it is possible for it to run a game of this magnitude. If this is a laptop, it is impossible to change it more than likely.

You will need a laptop with at least a Nvidia240M; or ATI equivalent. Judging by the setup, if the mobo has not been installed with a dedicated GFX card, then you may be able to have someone install one for you.
