    Why does my final fantasy icon look like this now all of a sudden

    How do I fix this. What is going on. FFXIVboot or whatever is the same thing. Obviously the game still works but this is just peeving me.

    It's not linking to the right thing. It should link to "C:\Program Files (x86)\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\boot\ffxivboot.exe" and if you right-click properties and click "change icon" you can see what icon is available.
