You guys have to remember that just because there is a EULA doesn't mean that it's binding in all countries. Most actually don't give a crap about virtual currency in a virtual game owned by a company that they don't get tax revenue from.

That being said, I hope Square-Enix can push whatever buttons they need to stop RMT in their games. It's always good to see a company actively figthing RMT. Especially when you are in game and it doesn't appear that SE is doing enough. So a screen shot from a gold seller saying that they are having trouble is very positive in my eyes.
