Is there a "general" chat area?

Say - Small area around you.
Yell - Large area around you.
Shout - Whole Zone.
Linkshell - Chat to Linkshell ( /l1, /l2, /3 etc.)
Free Company - Chat to Free Company

So for you question you might need shout.

Thanks. I was wondering what the difference was between yell and shout. I didn't want to use them because usually those types of chat commands are considered annoying.
