    That is just a Titan fight, how many times you need your monk for Titan fight in a life time of this game? what change I like to see is MNK DPS should be comparable with other class without gl. With gl, monk should do much more DPS than other class and make gl harder to maintain.
    Right now the design is with gl MNK DPS comparable with other class, w/o gl, MNK DPS performance is far below other DPS.

    This is a repeating trend in mmos. classes that require movement always suffer because they are hard to balance and still make them unique. This is seen in wow with enhance shamans. Because of movement and lack of a proper gap closer the class was left behind for almost 2 expansions. Monks require positioning upkeep of buffs and close proximity to be affective. Due to this they are not an easy class to play but the rewards are pretty high to being successful. Yes you could make it easier but it would take away from the skill level some players like and the pace that we like. I love micro managing lots of skills for max dps I hate playing casters and just hitting procs. Its all down to perspective of what you want in a class although yes some skills can and will be reworked.

    Why Monks need a Buff + Petition!

    This is why people that don't understand monk shouldn't play it. Shoulder tackle is pretty useful to get to other objects, and use as an opening stun on mobs that love to cast spells/abilities at the start, i use this ability frequently at level 50, especially inside of AK and some primal fights, that movement speed can be the difference between keeping up your stacks. Most fights, I'm usually near the top of every hate list, and that is a combination of knowing how to play the class and using skills effectively. Only thing i could ask for is a shorter cooldown on shoulder tackle

    I think a fair boost to shoulder tackle would be a 50% chance to reset the cd after a killing blow. That way we could use it for faster movement when soloing, but it wouldnt be much of op movement buff for boss fights.

    Shoulder Tackle is already bugged, when you use it on a moving target (directed at you ?) it does not consume the skill and you still get close to it.

    SOOO From what I have read on this tread so far: Let us make all the classes into Chuck Norris. This way everyone will be happy. Let all those classes be exactly the same so no one else get jealous on anyone elses Chuck Norrisness being better than theirs.

    Srysly though. All classes are good for certain encounters, this is true for most if not all RPGs. The end game will always tip to one class or anothers favour at one point. There is no need to worry about any inbalance as it will hopefully tip with later end game content. No class is so bad that they need any boost right now. Having downtime is a part of being a monk, that is to make it worse for certain encounters and better for some. Let all classes work differently please.
