End Game LinkShell

So.... I am trying to get some geared and experienced folks together for endgame content. The problems I (and certainly some of you?) suffer through are under geared/ under knowledged players in "Speed Runs" of Cm, AK and Primal battles. I have no problem playing with folks newer to 50. It's just when I need to grind out Primal weapons or Tomes, I would like to be able to do these thing efficiently, quickly and without multiple wiping.
I am also currently looking for End-Game LinkShells. I am currently online everyday for quite a while (working at home). The content I am currently grinding: CM/AK runs, Garuda/ Titan Farming and Hydra (these are of course subject to change).
