    Let's talk about rewards, how about an exp bonus equal to a leve, multiple items of whatever you were gathering, or chance of high quality items based on score? If a score is kept, maybe have a high score log like old arcade games with a weekly server champion. Ok so what happens if you fail? Maybe a 15min debuff preventing gathering?
