I certainly wouldn't want to try editing documents and spreadsheets on my TV. Nor do I even want to play games on the TV that were designed for use with a keyboard and mouse. (I'm guessing that this game may have reasonably good game-controller functionality even on PC, since it was designed cross-platform with a console version, but some PC games really need a keyboard and mouse, which means you need to be at a desk to use them comfortably.)

p.s. My PC was a high-end gaming rig back when I bought it, but that was a few years ago so it's starting to get a bit dated.
To be fair, you can buy a USB keyboard and mouse to plug into the PS3, so that solves the issue of needing those to play. Some people do vice versa too, play on the PC with a gamepad.

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=FS-355-OK as an example, that system is beastly enough to play games at very decent settings, its upto you if you want to buy an OS if you dont have one already, and this system is prebuilt
What you just linked would be roughly $800 after converting which is $800 a lot of people don't want to spend on. Even if it's a myth nowadays, it's still a few hundred dollars worth of spending money that people just don't want to spend on especially when the PS3 is pretty decent or their PC already plays things decent enough. You just have to put money into perspective rather than ragging on what's better and how PS3 isn't good enough anymore.

It's certainly just fine from where I'm sitting.
