Problem Event Name: APPCRASH (After hitting play)

Every time I try to hit play after the initial log in of me installing the game the game stops responding and I get the following. I recently had to do a clean install as my HD had bad sectors and refused to recognize USB ports and would not do a system restore. Tried running as admin, uninstalling reinstallg(this works for the first time but after that it goes back to crashing), uninstalling downloading and reinstalling graphics driver which is the 13.9 for the 7x series of cards for AMD, the 13.10 drivers for the 7x series.
Should also be noted I have all updates for windows 7 installed that I was prompted to.
