Sorry, going to have to break this up into two posts.

So, Roegadyn names! I love 'em.

Well, as I see it, you have two options: 1. create a metaphorical compound word out of what we have now, or 2. make up a new word based on Germanic roots (we kind of have permission to do that according to the naming conventions).

For option 1, here's a small list to get you started on potential compounds:

Aerg - ambitious (a)
Agynn - beginning (n)
Ahrm - arm (n)
Bhald - bold/brave (a)
Dyn - people (n)
Firk - explore (v)
Gyft - sell (v)
Hort - treasure (n)
Hyr - army (n)
Itar - knight (n)
Jaeg - hunt (v)
Kympf - champion (an)
Laent - land (n)
Mann - man (n)
Moeg - able (a)
Swerd - sword (n)
Syhr - fearless (a)
Troeg - monster (n)

Maybe something like Hortjaega (treasure hunter), Dynitar (people's knight), Gyftswerd (sellsword--the first adventurers were former mercenaries), or something even more metaphorical if you want to go digging through the dictionary.
