Elitist Much?!

Saying that you want exp/geared people in a pug doesn't make you elitist. Rarely every does anyone want to bother with that kind of thing if they just want to grab people who can do it and go. It would be a different story if they invited random pugs without giving specific reqs for the group and THEN harassing them over their gear/exp. That's the kind of thing you have to either: get your FC/LS to help you with or run it yourself with randoms in DF. People having those kinds of requirements for a hardcore raiding FC/LS isn't really elitist either, that's how most Hardcore guilds in other MMOs are anyway. At least they are nice enough to say what they want beforehand instead of leading you on only to give you a bunch of shit down the road.

I don't find many of these ppl elitists, just simple-minded, entitled, and selfish.

Example PuG shouts I see:
- Titan HM, Relic only (not a weapon farm advertisement, for clear to get Relic)
- Amdapor Keep SR 3/4 WHM or SCH Relic Only. (Do you really need a Relic healer for keep lol?)
- Amdapor Keep need (insert jobs) Full DL / Relic Only.
- Coil Turn 1 or 2, Relic Bard geared and xp'd. (Bard has a Relic and is wearing 4/5 AF1 /w Keep Accessories).

Those don't seem that weird to me at all, and I'm a casual ffs. AdvancedWind pretty much took the words out of my mouth for that one.
