And being from Midgar myself, let me tell you the only shouts you see like that are for HM Titan and Coil runs.

I will call bullshit on this one. I am on Midgard, a Bard in full DL with an Ifrit bow (been farming Garuda for days now, no luck with the weapon drop; been working on Titan for days as well, groups just fall apart after several attempts). I've been turned down several times for CM speed run. I've shrugged and moved on, mind you, but these 'standards' ARE getting a bit out of hand if you ask me.
