PVP should only be like ffxi i don't like Open pvp or dual system if they have event like airship pvp and ship pvp i agree with that but open and dual dislike the idea.

If ppl want to play a game just for PVP then play the other 99.99% out there FFXI and i hoping ffxiv are the only games that give you a great lore and Awesome CS you don't get that from any other game because they follow the same formula of Battle ground,Openpvp/dual dungeon/raids. Quest/dungeon to level up.

guess you never played Mabinogi.... games has pvp, great story, great cs also. The lore is based around celtic mythology, the old pagen styled version with druids etc.

That game was release right around WoW release date which mean it did not have such a big impact to 99.99% in the market today. Now at days player base want most of everything spoon fed want Open PVP and dual and only really care about PVP don't even read the storyline within the game only care about themselfs. How MMO have change from my day We can have a good game in ffxiv without becoming a wow-clone and without being 100% causal we don't need 5-6hours event even tho wow have them lol and we sure don't need something that only last 1min-30mins also.

PVP would be right as long as it like ffxi just a area no one really care about and put no issue with the rest of the game.

About the mod ui i wish someone would come up with a FFXI layout that be sweet.
