If you mean Titan HM, in phase 5, the opportunity to raise is just before he rocks someone, after the plumes. There is still a 1/8 chance (provided the party keeps distance to the rezzed player) that Landslide will throw the rezzed player out, but that's the best opportunity you get, even Garuda gives less mercy.

Speaking of which... I just noticed something
AoE of all sorts... whether good or bad seems to affect players locked in animation... even Medica
That is, as long as the healer have the time or MP to spare, the raise-locked teammate can be healed by an AoE heal.
However of course it still doesn't guarantee that he/she will live if the fight involves random aggro attack or party-wide AOE, since AoE heals are far less potent than single heals.
But nevertheless unless SE decides to change the locking issue, this is the only way to ensure even the slightest chance of survival for the fallen.

There is also the stupidly high MP cost of raise to consider. If you have a bard to use their MP song and help you out, it's not such a big deal, but the more you raise people the harder it gets on your MP. Also, often I find people shouting at me for a raise when I'm down to 300mp and just trying to keep the tank up. =/
IMO if they are going to make the spell cost that much, people should go immune to damage during the spell animation, or be able to be healed during it.

I don't understand why they removed the Immunity buff you got during Raise-ing and a couple seconds after you was up that they had in 1.0
Half the time it seems they ditched all the "improvements" they made to 1.0 and did a giant leap backwards on them...

Except that it is not possible to 'time it properly' and be 'aware' of where I am being raised into, because the healer could be at (x,y) when s/he raised and then immediately ran off, or better still, the raised could have been cast under Swiftcast on-the-go and not even the healer him-/herself knew where it was cast.
I find the whole tractor effect unnecessary, and people are using it to by pass mobs in AK etc... I don't see why I cant be raised on the spot where I died - it induces people to be aware of their surroundings i.e. encourages them to pull the boss away from the dead bodies so they could be raised.
