my guess is
1.18 mid june
1.19 july-aug
and with 1.2 in september which is 1 year for ff14, they will release some kind of big expansion ( maybe new class and dungeon) and maybe ps3 release.
anyone think the same??

Dance like you mean it !
I wonder what 4.0 will be...
I dissagree, they need to fix all the small crap also. Targeting is still glitchy as hell. I do not see any new classes till after atlest 6 months of the PS3 release. When ever that is... and IF it happens.
Its not 1.8, 1.9 and 2.0
Its 1.18, 1.19, and 1.20 It wont be 2.0 till an expansion is released most likely.
I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders. Thank You SE, Thank You Community Team, Thank You Yoshi-P.
Damnit! In before melol.
I think we'll continue just getting increases like that but eventually when its mainly content/adjustments/additions rather than fixes and the rehaul I think we wont get things like b, a and they might even start going higher a lot more rapid, could see 1.24, 1.28, 1.32 etc. Consisting of like 4 patches in 1 update.

Well you do not have to go all the way up to 1.9999 to roll a version up to 2.0 Most people do 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, etc to 1.5 Then suddenly jump to 2.0 because the update from 1.5 is so extremely different there isn't a valid reason to maintain the 1.x version path.

Yah, like Aionit had 1.9, then I think just had 2.5 and now is going to 3.0
TERA doesnt use a version number but instead just a date
I dont want to see a big content update, untill they fix was is currently broken....... like crafting.... good god
