Regard to Duty Finder :
-Duty Finder for low-level dungeon should cover whole region wide worlds instead of only 3 worlds, because nobody do it nowadays and it is too hard to find party for new starter. (they chop this down to reduce congression on the high level dungeon, but at a cost of bad feedback to low level dungeon)
-When tick the dungeon allow players who already clear that dungeon 5 times or more to select a choice "veteran search". This allow them to use another finder that only people that clear it 5 times or more can use.
-However, when they select "normal search" if someone in their party is new to this dungeon and they could help him clear it for first time.. instead of the regular extra exp for clear. You should reward double tome for that run, this is only thing they would want in exchange for extra cost of time they spend.
Regard to dungeon itself :
-EXP should be balance with FATE reward.
-Some of the tome should be rewards for clear all trash mob.
-When player beat story and come back to help newbies in old dungeon, they should also receive tome reward too. Because the level will be sync anyway, it is not like difficulty matter much at all. However, it is possible to justify tome amount based on the length of the dungeon and difficulty.
This would fix every problem so far :
-Group that need speed run will not match each other with those who are new.
-Beginner will be able to find party easier and not wait so long on dungeon.
-Veteran get double reward for new newbies so they will not mind their extra cost of time. and intensive to choose "normal search".
-People will do more dungeon on leveling rather than FATE alone.
-People can decide their strategy whether to kill all trash mob for extra tome or speed run it.
-Lower level dungeon will be worth doing and reduce AK congression.
-I know that they play "dungeon (hard mode)" in 2.1, but that doesn't help problem for newbies. They won't have anyone to party with if you don't give some reward and encouragement for high level players to help them.
