[SUGGESTION] Invisible character name

I would like the option to make just my name invisible to my self. That way I can see the beautiful landscape without a giant name in the center of my screen, but still see other names.

I like seeing my own name, I don't know why, and it defies logical sense, but I just like seeing it hovering above my character. I would love this function irl too, would make social interaction with people you are passing acquaintances with less of a chore when you brain fart and forget their names ^_^

That turns off ALL names. The OP only wants to turn off their own name. Overkill solution? That's like all the people saying to use /names to get rid of the aggro icons if they didn't like them or people telling you to use macros to switch between classes when someone asks for a better UI solution.

Also, I'd like the ability to kill the midge flies with a rocket launcher (low priority on that).

Another way would be to move the -name and linkshell- to the top of the -class & rank gadget-
