    Tanking Cutter's Cry Chimera

First question, how do you dodge Lion's Breathe? Watch the chat log and stun? But it uses it way to often and stun gets resisted anyway...

Second question, I am having major latency issues i.e. even when im well out of the red cone, I get hit anyway. These days, I literally stand ON chimera and run through it to its back when there is a frontal cone, which seems to do the job. HOWEVER, I am NEVER in time to dodge Ram's breathe :/

    Any tips? Thanks in advance!

It sounds like it is just latency getting the better of you, you should be able to avoid all of Chimera's moves with the possible exception of Lion's Breath (I know the other two breaths and voices you can avoid). Hopefully the upgrades and expansions to the DF server soon should eliminate your issue.

You can't dodge Lion's Breath unless you make the Chimera spin and spin and spin, because it's an instant cast breath attack.

DO NOT MAKE THE CHIMERA SPIN AND SPIN THIS IS A HORRIBLE IDEA. The other two Breaths will be hitting random people.

    Blue eye glowing means GTFO.
Violet eye glowing means stay where you are (as the tank).

    Don't stand in red circles.

    That's about it.

ayw i ran it another 5 times today.

standing together with chim seemed to help a lot with his frontal cones re latency.

the GTFO ram's eye is always a problem, bur it seems thatbreading the chat log instead of looking at e screen helps a fair bit.

    thanks guys!
