Claiming achievement reward items

Just unlock this achievement with the Gambler's Crown reward and not sure how to claim it. Do we seek out an NPC for it like in pre 2.0? Nothing in my inventory, inn room, retainer.. nothing in the mail. Anyone experience this?

There's a guy in Old Gridania near the bridge between the Botanist and Conj guild. I'll have a quick check on a map to give you a more specific location.
