Any MMO or game for that matter that offers me deep customization on how I look is awsome.

You take GW2 where I have literaly spent 100s of bucks buying vanity skins trying to be some what unique.

Sadly, here I look like almost every other WHM in my gross DL set. There is infact over 8 of my clones running around me right now.

I'd love to get HQ 2 star gear but there is no way I will afford the 1.3+ mill per piece price tag any time soon.

Hmm, us mages have 3 different times of dresses to wear: Long, short, full cover.
In quests we get, all but different colour. Yes fantastic.
TERA/Aion and other MMO's say hello, we're cool looking.
The other classes look pretty cool but often mix-match. Armor looks neat, robes do not as it's a rehash every single level.
I'm happy to get my Coli shaw from Darkhold tonight. At least I look pretty cute for once...

I say the same thing everytime I see a player with a atrocious avatar like yours. Its not the gear making you look like a clown its you.

I had to wear a subligar for quite a few levels. So I pretty much went all-or-nothing and dyed it salmon pink to look like assless chaps. I also HQ'd and dyed a few more and auctioned them for cheap, just to give the buyer a little surprise

There is a lot to be said about playing a game where your character looks awesome. Even if they don't look awesome, they look... well, not completely ridiculous. In this game, my scholar spends every waking moment in perpetual ridiculousness.

From his big green earrings that flop all around as he runs to the white spandex (massive upgrade from the knee socks and oversized blazer that was the artifact gear), I can honestly say that if I saw him walk in the room I would have to stifle a chuckle, and if I found out he was my healer and my life depended on him... I'd make my peace with whatever deity I subscribed to.

I want to like my character, I can't express how much I do... but he looks like an idiot. Always. At all times. It is so painful to see that I cannot begin to express.

Please, PLEASE give us vanity slots in 2.1

Did you see lv 35 crafting gear?
My male highlander looks like some underpaid cleaning maid...something like Consuela...then there's the ballerina-like shoes too.

I don't completely hate my armours (nor do I like them), but I really want the vanity slots system to come out soon.
