Materia melding window appears at mouse position

I have my inventory window at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Since the materia melding window always appears where the mouse is, every time I try to meld materia it shows up flush against the bottom right-hand corner of my screen.

This is very irritating.

The materia melding window should not be stuck to my mouse cursor, it should remember its position and always appear where I last moved it.

The game should not assume that everyone will have their inventory window in the middle of the screen, please correct this.
