You can do it all through the Mog station. You buy Crysta which gets added to your account, and when your subscription is running Crysta will automatically be deducted from your account.

Ok, I've taken care of one half of it. I went to the Mog Station, and under "Subscription Services" it let me set my payment method to use Crysta. My Crysta balance, however, is 0 and I don't see where/how to buy any.

Even that "How to Add Crysta" page (despite its title) only gives info like what increments they can be bought in. It doesn't say how to do so.
