HQ 2 items are insane in price....1 mill per piece not including material + melds which brings the cost even higher. This game looks to be tailor made for RMT sellers to make a mint.
IMO, they just need to make monsters drop gold, simple as that. Not a crazy amount, but probably between 25-75 from 1-30 (monster level), 100 to 200 from 31 to 40 (monster level) and 210 to 250 from 41 to 50 (monster level).
Mind you, these are probably abused, but it's just an idea, and if you were in a party, the gil would split with the amount of player that are present on the same map
I bought gold in mmo's years ago because I was new to them and I thought it was a legit way to do it. Not like I read terms of service and I wanted to be useful to other players fast since I was behind everyone and wanted to be caught up in the game. There is no legit reason for why I did it of course cause it was still wrong but after being punished and losing my account. I found that it was a good thing that they suspended me and banned the account. I was glad they punished me and taught me a lesson cause I was practically abusing the system. I just agree that others should have to be punished also instead of abusing the system and play the game as it is meant to be played.
you can actually get rich without crafting at all..how would they be legit, with no source of income in the first 3 weeks of release? Even if being fed from friends which these people do not admit to being case as they say they do offers for other people for in turn to have their help while leveling... I find that to be odd...
farm philo tomes and sell the crafting mats on the market
i mean, farm like crazy 24/7
You were not "practically abusing the system", you WERE abusing the system.
Ignorance is not an excuse, you would have known it was breaking the rules.
It would be nice if MMO company's passed info on proven RMT'ers to other games, so that if a player if banned from one, they would be banned from all.
I agree all gil buyers should be banned for good, but I do with they would hurry up with their "investigations" and un-suspend those who have been playing fairly.
Sounds like you have bots in you employ. But seriously whether or not it was illegal gil, carryover gill for legacy or people farming 24/7 the fact remains that actions taken from this point forward in terms of how people get banned need to be calculated. Personally I'd say ban rmt accounts and implement a gil leve. The only reason people by gil is because they are being spammed 24/7. Its no different than political advertising. Btw many people on the MB are extorting their wares but that should soon diminish. 2 weeks ago i was selling a set of 5 soot dyes for 2500 gil now it 1700.
your definitely one of those ignorant trolls... at least I learnt my lesson. go sit in a corner with your dunce capYou were not "practically abusing the system", you WERE abusing the system.

Also depends if you run as a duo. My wife levels DoL and I level DoH. So she, atm, has a level 50 miner and I have a 50 GSM with like a level 20 something miner.
Think outside the box, sometimes people are not RMTing.
When all is lost,
All is in vain.
When Good and Evil,
Unite in pain.
Rivers of swords must join as one,
Only then shall the spell be undone.
Well in the past RMT was actually more or less treated like a buisness.
Nowadays, RMT is sites that keylog your account but sell you the gil/gold etc to get your money, then steal your account after keylogging you to get their gold/gil back.
When all is lost,
All is in vain.
When Good and Evil,
Unite in pain.
Rivers of swords must join as one,
Only then shall the spell be undone.
