THIS IS SQUARE ENIX'S FAULT FOR MAKING THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO GET END GAME GEAR TIED TO TWO STORY MODE DUNGEONS!

This is just an excuse. Square enix isn't forcing players to act like complete bastards to other players. That is the individuals choice and is very telling about his/her character. They may have created a poor situation, but the players themselves are making the moral decision to act like this. You can't push that blame onto anyone else.
