Nope. You are not "required" to watch the cutscenes or use the DF to advance the story. Players interested in watching cutscenes are just as capable of forming their own groups, and they should because 7 players inconveniencing 1 makes whole lot more sense than 1 player inconveniencing 7.

If you want a speed run, go shout for it in mhor dona they fill up fast. If your queueing in, deal with it. For many people watching them in the inn isn't the same as seeing it before the fight, the buildup just isn't there.

Or.. like so many of us have said, you can realize you took the lazy route and used the DF and thus forfieted your speed run to the chance that there may be someone watching it for the first time (WHICH IS THIER RIGHT TO) and deal with it.You dont pay anyones sub fees so.. until you do you have

I agree completely with OP. You want a speed run, get yourself a full group. I like watching the cut scenes and I don't give a good god damn if you want a speed run or not. It is part of the experience for me and I sure as hell am not going to let one or two impatient twats push me into skipping a part of the game I enjoy, simple. Sure I can watch them at the inn, but I prefer them to tie into what I am doing and unless I have purposely entered a speed run group, I am watching them ALL.

Or... you can get off your highhorse and let people do as the game intended and stay immersed. This isnt metroidfinal fantasy. Either shout in mor (as the op kindly let you know you could do), or put up with it. Period. The devs wouldn't have made it to where you can watch cutscenes first if they hadn't intended it that way.

Not really. We'll watch cutscenes and, at best, you can rage quit the group with tears in your eyes and spam party chat as you throw a tantrum. You literally have NO other recourse.

LAIR! The only Cutscene shown in the in was the very first cutscene. Other cutscenes seen inside the dungeon are not present.

Sigh... This has been said many times on the forums. EVERY Cutscene is in the Inn, but there not all under the main story category. You have to change tabs to watch all of them. They are indeed all in the INN. Balme SE for a bad UI on the Journal...
