Nope.Majority rules. 3 out of the 4 want to skip? Concede and a) leave group, or b) finish run and watch at the INN.
If I'm in a group and everyone is watching, I deal with it and wait for them. If one person is watching and the rest wish to skip forward, it's not rude to ask him/her to view them later, after the run is finished.
If the group(majority) ask you to skip, just do it. Be considerate of the group and stop thinking only of yourself.
In DF, even if there's only one person who wants to watch the CSs, it's his right to do so.
100% agree. Majority rule can bend over and stick their head 'where the sun don't shine' if that majority is bullying some newbie into spoiling the storyline for their own selfishness and the gain of a whopping 2.5 minutes of the run (at the longest. Less than 1 total minute for most runs).

Actually, it is rather rude. First time is always a story experience for a lot of players, and to ask them to skip the cut scene because you or a couple of other people are impatient is rude. To tell them they shouldn't get to enjoy the game how they want because you need it done quick is rude.Majority rules. 3 out of the 4 want to skip? Concede and a) leave group, or b) finish run and watch at the INN.

I'm sorry many of you disagree with me. I understand a lot of you wish to view the cutscenes during your first play-through, and don't care if others in group wish to continue and skip through. It's your right to view them, since you paid the $30, just like everyone else in group.
That being said.. I'd highly suggest finishing the game before the kick feature is added.
The reason we disagree with the majority rule using duty finder is becuase it isn't an agreement prior joining. Majoirty rule is what premades are made for hence the reason the are called premade.I'm sorry many of you disagree with me. The only prerequiste for joining a duty via DF is that you are a certain level, no where does it say click here to go in to grp to avoid cut scenes.
Just to add I have run AK and CM loads of times look up my char, nearly fully DL, however if i cant be bothred to join a premade and go in via duty finder, I will respect the wishes of a new player.
10mins of cut scenes isn't going to kill me....

And that's why implementing the vote-kick is a terrible idea.I'm sorry many of you disagree with me. Not quite accurate, they only have to finish the first time of every dungeon before the kick feature is added.I'm sorry many of you disagree with me. Your statement is only suitable for geared idiots that are gonna die like bugs and beg for not being kicked when recount comes out.![]()

And that ladies and gentlemen is the reason why a kicking system can't be hastily implemented. SE has to figure out a nice balance to prevent people being kicked for watching the cut-scenes they put in place. Someone should be kicked for not the content they are presented but for their behavior foul behaviour or sabotaging a run. Watching cut-scenes isn't a kickable offense, especially since it's part of the content. I'm going to laugh if SE implements a kick function only that it can't be used against first timers to a dungeon run.
Speed runners, get a group of like minded people who want to speed run with you from your server, then you can run the instance over and over again, as fast as your hearts want and skip as many cut-scenes as you want. It takes just a few minutes to get a few people together from your server. You can just stand in Mor'dhona and see people shouting constantly. Do not expect a speed run using purely the DF with a pick up group.
I can guarantee people abusing such a feature to grief first time players will backfire on them spectacularly.I'm sorry many of you disagree with me. I must admit, I cannot get my head around these ...people who expect people to skip cut scenes in duty finder. To reiterate what a lot of people have already said - make your own group, don't expect someone else to have their experienced ruined because you are incapable of making a group from your server.
I guess I must have been lucky when I ran this first, the experienced people, I think there was two or three, were quite happy to let everyone watch the cut scenes.
