Hello SE team, I recently had the unfortunate experiencing a fail group for the Relic Reborn quest chain for killing the Chimera. I meant to drop my group but not my duty quest. I placed in 3 tickets for the restoration of my Book so I do not lose my 40k invested into it upon these tickets being submitted they all got denied and I am really worried about the loss of my quest progress for my Summoner. I feel like the game masters have looked the other way and done me a deservice. I would of liked the item to be restored at least so I can continue my quest chain.

Please Help!
