Seeking Guild Merge!!

Hey all, I am the Leader of the Company Elysium here on the Cactuar server. Our core group of friends has run into a bit of a wall, and I am looking for your help. We currently have about 6-8 Active members looking to gear up and start raiding in the near future. That being said, we are missing the other 16-18 people we need to do that.

What I propose is simple. Lets all work together. Im looking for serious company leaders who want their groups to get started but lack the people that you need. Lets pool our efforts into one large company. We can work out all the details on an individual basis, as Im sure each leader will have requests to make of me. All I ask of anyone interested is to reply HERE so I can find all of you guys!

How far along are guys we have 1 full 8 man on turn 5 and another that just downed turn 1. We have a few applicants as well atm. We definitely need another strong 8 man so that when cyrstal tower comes out we have a full 24 man to work with.

Just an update for anyone who might be considering this. With Server Transfers going live soon, we are up for picking up transfer guilds as well during the Merge. Last night I spoke with several guilds showing interest in a potential merge, so please join the movement. I am available for questioning here as well as in game (Raize Kurei).

My FC, Gold Saucer, is always looking for more players. We have a core group of about 6 players, but we need more for a consistent raiding group. If you're interested let me know.

We have 10~ other players that are more casual but looking to get up there soon.

Hello I was talking to Raize about maybe forming a linkshell for now with all the companies that wanted to maybe join together. We can pool from there for runs as well. Just an idea.

We have a few LSs with other guilds, but I always find that guilds stick with their guilds. It seems practical, but it can be disheartening at times when you get left out because you're automatically disqualified from a pool of players because you're not in their FC at the time.

It's more of a rarity when a player from a separate FC gets called in and that's only because an FC doesn't have enough on.
