    Has anyone actually been able to get in touch with a GM in-game?

    Now, I can understand them being busy. The game launched recently, and there's a lot going on, but I'm honestly starting to reach a breaking point with SE's customer service. I played XI for years, and XIV from 1.0 beta to finish, and while I know their track record, I really wanted to believe things would have improved with ARR.

    I've been waiting two weeks now for a GM to reply to me and assist me with a rather simple situation. However, I've basically been led in circles for those two weeks. Continually asked for information that I've already supplied. Mind you, it takes them four or five days between replies, so all that time I'm left wondering if a GM is going to contact me sooner, or if it's going to be yet another 4~5 days before I hear back from them.

    One morning I logged on to see that a GM had tried to contact me over night, and they just said sorry we couldn't reach you, try again later. Later being another four days, given the rate at which they reply to things. It's at a point where I can't even play and enjoy the game because I'm too busy sitting and waiting for a GM to reply to me so my issue can be resolved. I can't even do dungeons out of fear of them not being able to contact me since you can't receive /tells in dungeons. Has anyone at all managed to actually get ahold of a GM in-game yet? And if so, how long did it take you? Do I need to just cut my losses at this point? It really sucks to even have to think that way as a paying customer, but nothing has changed with their support in all these years.
