Increase battle leve and general quest exp, too low reward compared to fates

As title says, the amount of quests i had skipped past starting from like around level 23 is quite heavy as I just felt there was no point, on my first character I stopped doing them around 23 due to the fact that I found my self always doing fates that I saw nearby whilst doing my main quest, I picked up like 1 or 2 when I was near an npc after handing in a main story quest on the odd occasion just to try do some but even then...they just felt like a "waste of time" in comparison to simply fate spamming.

What kept happening to me is I would be doing a leve or side quest and while I was doing it, I would see a fate pop up which made me want to do those instead as you either got just as much exp as a side quest or even more for that matter, especially when you get those chain fates that have 2, 3 or even 4, so I just simply stopped doing side quests as I found it to be an overall slower experience when leveling a character up which in my opinion it should be the other way around.

Now I see having the side quests and leve exp increase having no downside or "speed leveling" when people do that anyway through fate spamming with a party, side quests can only be done once and leves are 3 every 12 hours and generally people just save their leves for their crafting classes as it just simply makes more sense with how low battle leve exp is.
