Suggestion: Chocobo Breeder

I was wondering is the DEV team already finishing up their idea of a Chocobo breeder class? If not, I've been working on an idea that I think would be very enjoyable. It'll add one class, the [Chocobo Breeder] and three jobs: [Chocobo Racer], [Chocobo Battler], [Chocobo Battle Racer] which will add three mini games as well. I've already written most of the concept around breeding as well and I would like to suggest it if the DEVs might be persuaded to follow my idea and concept if it's good enough.

Again, this class + jobs will add a large trio of mini game supplements to the game which in my opinion will give the players a choice between, pvp, pve, and these three new games.

Edit: I choose to wait for a response, because I've done quite a bit of work already on these suggestion. However I still have a bit of work as well and I would like to receive a form of feedback from someone before I type out something that will take one to two days of full concentration.
