    Has nothing to do with latency. The <mo> tag is just bugged and will occasionally provide the /action command with your name instead of the name of the person under your mouse. I reported the bug a few weeks ago (well, and in phase 2/3 also) and it's been moved over to the accepted bugs section so hopefully that means they're doing something about it.

    I will say, though, that the bug seems to occur more frequently if you spam your macros. Try to get into the habit of pressing your heal key exactly once and it becomes much more reliable. I've been healing coil using mouseovers and it only fucks up very rarely, certainly not often enough to warrant swapping back to regular target-click casting.

    Of course, if you get into a situation where you panic and start mashing the keys (say, because someone's about to die) you're more likely to experience the issue. Kinda sucks.
