Collectors Edition Issue

Hmm, well, I'll need to wait till monday now for live chat support! Poop! Hopefully I hear back from customer support by then (though doubtful).

I tried substitution Kittra, sadly, nothing worked
Also, I got my copy online from Zavvi, so taking it back isn't an option, especially now its open and used! I like the fact I have all the collectors edition stuff (CD book key etc), but it would have been nice to get the in game stuff too!
