    Collectors Edition Issue

    Good afternoon I've written a ticket about this problem a week ago and still haven't heard anything from the FF support. My problem is that I have bought a Collectors edition of the game and when I applied the code I received a Standard Edition of the game. Honestly speaking I am starting to get pretty annoying as I payed 50 pounds for things I can't use.

    You should've received two codes, one activates the standard edition then the other needs to be applied to the same account to activate the collector's action... at least that is how it was for me.

    Well I have 2 codes in my box. One of them is supposed to be registered as my account code which gave me the "Standard Edition" the other one I cannot apply in my FF account as it's ment for Game Copy registration on the Square Enix Site. Funny enough there is no explanation about how you claim the Collectors stuff or that you have to apply a 2nd code for it which makes things rather hilarious.

    Are you on the PS3?

    You activate the Collector's Edition via the 'Enter Code' function on the PSN Market; at least, that's what worked for me

    Nop PC. I applied the code manually on the mog/moogle stuff. Ol and the code that's ment for the game copy reg also is the early access code .... but doesn't help much

    Another day has gone by and I still haven't heard anything from Customer Support. Does anyone have an idea what the cause for this issue is or any suggestions on how to fix it?

    I have the same issue...
    Today is day 6 of not hearing anything from customer support. I only received my SE registration code and game registration code that shows as a normal edition. I am on PC too, anyone have any ideas about this? I'm getting a bit miffed I've not heard back from customer support at all :s

    I'll just say this, a while back I was having a similar issue. I have a 1.0 account, bought the PS3 collector's edition and applied it on SEN which "should" have given me a collector's edition account over my 1.0 Standard account. Instead, it gave me another standard account and for about 14 days I was ripping my hair out trying to discover what went wrong.

    It turns out, I had actually entered the code wrong and that wrong code still qualified for a Standard edition of the game, lol.

    Check your code very carefully and if you have any "O"s that you thought were "0"s try "D" instead, because that was my problem...
    Their dot printing method leaves a lot to be desired in the clarity department.

    Sit comfortably. It took them over a month to RESPOND to me regarding my issue with a beta test key issue.

    A very small number of users got codes for the standard edition instead of the CE. They were packaged wrong. Try to contact them via chat support and have your receipt handy so you can prove you purchased the CE.

    Or return it to the store and tell them it gave you the wrong product code.
