hmm Dew thread should be very easy for you to HQ since its a level 23 pattern. *reads that again* OH you mean Linen Yarn which is made from Flax. To me it sounds like your rotation and gear is good for what level your at. The best option I can recommend would be to just start grabbing the HQ flax. I actually leveled up my Botony to 31 just so I could farm stacks of HQ flax and not have to deal with the Market for it.

Alchemy at 15 can get you the Tricks of the Trade skill which I find usefull if the timing of the good qualities is favorable for regaining CP rather than using a GS - Touch ability.
Culinary 37 Gives SH2 which costs 3 more CP for a extra 10% so is more useful overall than SH1.
