Need help with Titan?

I'm sorry for the off topic stuff, but I'm having some weird issues and this is the only way i found to communicate.

I can't create a thread or click reply to thread. I get this message:

"Yves_Gomes, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

I can only use Quick Reply or edit my previous posts. The bummer is the quick reply option is not available on the technical support section (at least not from here).

I'm having a huge technical issue (game won't start, that log in menu just stays black... never loads) and I can't contact support. Any tips?
