Here is my rotation: Macro (Bio II, Miasama, Bio) > Fester > Shadow Flare > Ruin > Ruin II, > Macro > Fester > Thunder > Ruin > Ruin II. Use Raging Strike when you want to. As for you pet also alternate Rouse and Spur. Try to keep that 40% dps boost up. Also this is just me but I love to Rouse + Spur > Enkindle

Edit: If you are fight a group of mobs I replace Fester with Bane and spread the love around.
